The council want to sell tennants houses to a private housing assosiation for £6000 per house….say no in your vote in november to stop them…the council have to keep up repairs on our houses…going over to private housing means they will go up in price after beoing with them for about 3 years ….why let them sell our houses for a mear £6000…we have the wright to bye them if we choose…

I agree we all have to vote NO. I hope people don’t get taken in by the literature that the council are sending us. They obviously want to sell off our houses and we cannot trust them. There is a colossal difference between a secured and assured tenancy and people really need to be told this, so far all of the literature is one sided to make people believe they will be better off under a Housing Association, we will not.
